Submerged Tubular Column Pump sets

Combines high efficiency of Bowl type VT, Non Clogging characteristics of NC Sewage pumpsets with ease of O & M of Submersible pumpsets.

Aqua’s submerged tubular column pumpsets series are designed for compact pumping stations where in large volume of  water is to be pumped at low to medium heads.

These pumps can handle solids as well as fibrous materials as per Indian operating conditions, without any problem.  As they are of Mono Block design, Shaft alignment, water lubricated line Shaft Bearings & other such associated issues of long coupled VT pumps are automatically eliminated.

These pumps are available with the following variants (depending upon Specific Speeds & Liquids)

ACN : Non Clog hydraulics (for Sewage, Effluents, Storm water, etc)

ACM : Mix Flow hydraulics (for Raw, Clear, Sea or Storm water)

ACP : Propeller hydraulics (for Sewage, Effluents, Storm water, Raw water lifting)

    Aqua’s Submerged Tubular pumpsets can be easily / quickly installaed in a fabricated column pipe or concrete tube as shown below by lowering with a crane. Pumpsets gets in to the place by self weight without need of anchoring and has in-built antirotation arrangement.

    MS fabricated structure mounting of the pumpsets with flap valve.This arrangement is suitable when water level in discharge side veries. In-case pump is at standstill and level in discharge side rises then Flap valve prevents reverse flow.
